The panelists are Chinese citizens who applied voluntarily and were proven to be qualified according to ePanel's Quality Control System. Each panelist must provide at least one validate contact method including email address, MSN account, mobile number or home telephone number.
In order to ensure the quality of data, panelists will be considered unqualified under the following conditions: |

| They are registered under another person's name |

| They are considered unsuitable after multiple tests |

| They frequently provide false answers |

| They violate ePanel rules |

Basic attributes are collected during registration，such as residence area, gender, and date of birth, etc. In order to improve screening efficiency, panelists are required to provide more information their consumption habits, media contact etc. Multiple methods are used to update attributes regularly. |

| Panelists’ recruitment advertisements are placed on selected websites as well as TV media and print media partners. Diversified recruiting sources can avoid bias caused by using a single source. People who wish to become a panelists can apply for registration through one of the following ways. |

Panelist Activeness Management
According to the panelist incentive management rules, respondents who successfully complete survey questionnaires will be rewarded with incentive points.
· Incentive points depend on the complexity of the questionnaire and the number of questions.
· Incentive points will be rewarded for screening survey and main survey separately.
· Incentive points can be accumulated.
· Panelists who apply for conversion have to provide information including ID number, bank account number, mail
address etc.
· Incentive points acquired by false registration will be cancelled. |

These personal web pages can greatly improve the relationship between panelists and ePanel Survey Website and encourage active survey participation. |
