The panelists are Chinese citizens who applied voluntarily and were proved to be qualified according to the Quality Control System of ePanel. Each panelist must provide at least one validate contact information including email address, MSN account, mobile number or home telephone number.

In order to ensure the quality of data, panelists under the following conditions will be considered as unqualified.

ePanel keeps collecting and updating attributes to improve the efficiency of recruiting and screening. Panelists whose personal data hasn't been updated for the last year will be suspended from participating in surveys.

Survey update and collection: Survey data will be sorted out to renew panelists' data.
Activity update and collection: Panelists are invited to update their data quarterly.
Initiative update and collection: Panelists can log onto our website to submit and update personal data at any time.

Panelist Activity means the degree of participating survey of panelist. ePanel raise panelist activity through many methods, providing incentives to panelist complying with survey rules is an important way to raise panelist activity.

ePanel self-developed Access Panel Management System can monitor and analyze all of the conditions of panelists’ participation real-timely. We manage access panel according to several index such as answer quality and participation activeness, delete unqualified panelists, fill up new panelists, keep the Access Panel fresh and active. Panelist activity is kept over 80%.
